Art Requirements

• Art is accepted electronically via email.
• Vector art only for sandblasting and laser (AI, EPS or PDF from vector files)
• For full-color plaques (e.g. PlaqueMagic) submit in raster (bitmap) format – BMP, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, or TIF in either RGB or CMYK color space with a resolution of 300 dpi or greater.
• Files from a Mac must be saved in PC format.
• Email art must include a company name in the subject line.
• PMS matching will be in near-tonal values. ($20.00 (G))

Custom Pieces

Honors strives to offer many different options. While the product lines have many configurable pieces, there may be a size, shape or color not listed within the catalog. Please contact an Honors consultant.

Custom Graphics

PlaqueMagic plaques are available in custom designs. Use a graphic of your own or let us design one for you. Custom artwork is billed at $ 60.00 per hour. (G)

Endorsements

• The logos, artwork and trademarks shown in the catalog have been reproduced as examples of the types of customizing available for display purposes only. They are not presented for resale or intended as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner or that the item was originally produced for the trademark owner.
• Use of trademarks and copyrights are the responsibility of the customer.

Imprinting Options for Name Plates

• When all imprinting information is provided at one time, $10.00 (G) per plate.
• When imprinting is pre-paid, and is done on an as-needed basis, $14.00 (G) per plate.
• Header plate and first individual plate imprinting are included for all perpetual plaques.
• Nameplates will be imprinted with customer’s choice of a serif or sans-serif font.
• Imprint will be centered.
• Individual plates are sublimated or engraved depending on product line.
• Imprinted individual plates will be mailed via USPS within 48 business hours after receiving your information.
• No need to mail nameplates for imprinting. Two complete sets of plates are provided for all styles (except PlaqueMagic) if imprinted by Honors Plaques.
• To replace plates, simply twist and pull the original plate from the plaque (or unscrew as necessary) and replace with the newly imprinted plate.

Production Services

• Once artwork is approved by customer, standard production lead times are as follows:

   

  • Awespire: 10 to 15 work days
  • X-Edge: 7 to 10 work days
  • Name Dropper: 7 to 10 work days
  • Magna: 7 to 10 work days
  • PlaqueMagic: 3 to 5 work days
• Provide a timeline when placing an order and production will try to accommodate it.
• Rush charges may apply for items needed in less than standard production time.

Proofs

• A proof is provided on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proofs are provided by email within 24-48 business hours after receiving your order. The order will proceed after art approval.
• Proofs must be approved within 24 hours of receipt to meet initial production schedule.
• Each additional day that proof approval is delayed will equally delay the shipping date.

Quantity Discounts

• Quantity discounts apply to same item numbers.
• No special discounts are given on Expedited/Rush orders.

Return & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
• Once art has been approved, cancellation charges may apply.

Shipping

• Special shipping requests may have additional handling fees.
• UPS Ground is the standard method of shipping within the continental United States. FedEx is also available.
• Shipments are F.O.B. Greenwood Village, CO.
• Drop Shipments – $3.00 per package plus actual shipping costs. Addresses must be provided in an approved Excel spreadsheet at time of order.
• Ship date or in-hands date must be provided when order is placed.
• It is the recipient’s responsibility to notify Honors and the carrier if there is breakage or other damage within three days of receipt.
• All claims must be made within 15 days. Retain original outer cartons, packing material, broken items and packing list for inspection by carrier, as carrier will automatically deny claim without these materials for inspection.

Terms of Sale

• All orders placed with Honors are acknowledged via email.
• Orders are subject to approval and product availability.
• Accuracy of the information submitted for orders is the responsibility of the customer.
• Product prices and specifications in this price guide are subject to change without notice.
